super zinging unstoppable max toilet
Japanese coffee company Georgia painted public toilets at several ski resorts to mimic a ski jumper's perspective, wrapping the walls in illustrations of mountains and drawing skis where the feet go, and a giant slope on the front wall. Apparently, the toilet paper holder says:
“Seriously kick-ass intensely sweet for the real coffee super zinging unstoppable Max! Taste-explosion!”
aku nak modify toilet kat rumah buat mcm ni lah.. confirm x sembelit haha..

Toilet Tech
Remember the last time you had one hand Twittering away on your Blackberry and the other hand playing with your iPhone's GPS? That was a moment to truly appreciate the staggering speed of technology's march towards progress.
Now imagine you were doing all that while sitting on the toilet. Whoosh, one flush just ended technology's march forward. Why? Because, despite the amalgam of technological advancements in phones, televisions, transportation, and the Internet, the one item we use everyday, multiple times a day - the ubiquitous toilet - has remained in the technological dark ages for centuries here.
For those that cry "if it ain't broke, don't fix it," they should check out a washroom in Japan. Japan takes their toilets very seriously. The Japanese company Toto is the world's largest toilet manufacturer and sells the world's most advanced toilet, the Neorest 600.
One look at the online demo and you will see that the Neorest 600 may actually live up to being called a throne. To start, a motion sensor detects when you approach and automatically opens the lid. Your seat has the option of being heated, which you can manage from a wireless remote control that handles all of the Neorest's functionality. When you're finished, you control the position and pressure of a self-cleaning nozzle that washes you, front and back, with a warm water spray, and subsequently dries the area with bursts of warm air. Also, the bowl's architecture helps initiate a cyclone flushing pattern that results in low water consumption (six liters per flush) and zero lag time for further use (no waiting for water to refill). The bowl has its own internal deodorizer, and when you get up to leave, the lid closes on its own.
Now, that is progress! This type of porcelain magic will cost you around USD5000 (RM17500). Most Japanese cannot afford this model, but still have washlets (as they call them) with similar functionality. Toto has very recently began aggressively marketing the Neorest line in Europe, citing the product as relevant for today because its water nozzle washing eliminates the need for toilet paper, which would save money and help the environment. Perhaps recent economic and environmental pressures will lead us to reconsider and join the modern era of toilet technology, especially when men, in particular, realize that this gizmo can be programmed to automatically put the toilet seat down when you walk away.
- Aku rasa hotel2 kat msia patut beli toilet camni, ini harap hotel jek mahal, pegi toilet dia, takde paip air? takde water spray? abiss camne aku nak basuh??? kalau buang yg kecik takpe..kalau yg besar? takkan main lap pakai tisu jek, ingat negara mat saleh ka, byk hotel aku pegi yg camni.. at least kalau ada water spray tu ok la kot..

HIV Resistance Through Oral Sex?

Hasselrot and her colleagues recruited 25 healthy men, all in long-term homosexual relationships with an HIV-positive partner, and tested their spit for IgA1 antibodies—the same ones that apparently protect some Kenyan sex workers from infection. Thirteen of the men who were regularly exposed to HIV through oral sex with their infected partners had significant amounts of salivary IgA1. The researchers isolated the antibodies and tested their ability to neutralize a lab strain of HIV. The conclusion? "Exposure to HIV, as a consequence of oral intercourse, is sufficient to produce an IgA1-mediated HIV-neutralizing response in the oral mucosa of uninfected men with a male partner." In other words, being exposed to HIV orally can induce an immune response in saliva that neutralizes the virus. This immunity is also fairly durable--the men in the study were retested after two years, and all but one retained their ability to neutralize the virus. Even more interesting is the fact that men whose partners carried a higher viral load of HIV had a higher capacity to neutralize, suggesting that their antibody production is sensitive to fluctuations in the amount of virus they are exposed to.
Obviously it's a bad idea to go around willy-nilly having unprotected oral sex with HIV-infected men, but the participants in Hasselrot's study reported relying on oral sex as a "safe" substitute for anal sex, and it turns out that they were on to something.

LCD vs Plasma in 2009

Plasmas still offer the best value in the 50+ sizes and the best contrast and color reproduction -- which any videophile will tell you is way more important than brightness, which seems to be sole reason why the masses prefer LCD. And plasmas aren't completely in the grave yet -- in fact, most of the biggest manufactures still sell plasmas including Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Hitachi, Pioneer. In fact, recently things have actually started to turn around for the PDP sector. The most notable trend is that the latest plasmas from Hitachi, Pioneer, LG, and Panasonic all pass the latest stringent Energy Star requirements of the 208-Watt "on mode" and less than 1-Watt "standby mode." And the market is showing this comeback as well which is indicated by the latest DisplaySearch report which showed that plasma sales grew by 37 percent year-over-year in the third quarter of 2008 -- in a time that is very hard time for any market to show growth.
So while no technology can be successful forever, plasma has at the very least a few years left, and we believe it won't be LCD that will kill it. The only technology that actually seems poised to replace it is OLED, and with the biggest (and only) consumer model at 11-inches, there is plenty of time left on the clock for plasmas. That being said, we only see two main markets for plasmas moving forward as LCDs continue to grow in size and shrink in price. The first being videophiles who demand the best contrast and color money can buy, and the second being value shoppers looking for a way to buy a 60-inch TV for as cheap as possible. But with the latest LCD LED-backlit displays making huge strides in color and contrast, and Laser TVs hitting the streets, anyone who tells you they know what is going to happen in the next 18 to 24 months has no idea what they're talking about

world tallest building

The creation of the tallest building in the world has become such a status-seeking quest, cities and countries competing for the title have stopped revealing the planned height of their buildings. CNET has just reported, however, that the Burj Dubai tower has just taken the record at 1,680 feet and 141 floors so far - and it isn’t even finished yet (2009)

But will dubai last long as the world tallest? the structural engineers at Hyder Consulting have announced that they are planning what will be, by an overwhelming margin, the world's tallest skyscraper, coming in at double the height of the Burj Dubai – or very nearly one vertical mile. The firm has "confirmed that the tower would be located in the Middle East region," we're told, "but would not give any further details

However, the tallest of them all will be a Japanese building to be build byTaisei Corporation has created a design for the world’s tallest building, measuring in at 13,123.2 feet. That’s almost 8 times taller than the world's current tallest building, Taipei 101, and 6.5 times taller than Burj Dubai, which is currently under construction in the United Arab Emirates and scheduled to take the title of World's Tallest Structure in 2008.The Mt. Fuiji-looking building, officially titled the X-Seed 4000, will be built in Tokyo, Japan, though when (or even if) this will happen is still speculative. Once constructed, the outer-stratosphere-scraper will house between 500,000 and 1 million people on its 800 floors.
hmmm... takpe2.. kuala lumpur, malaysia still have the tallest 'TWIN' tower building :)

US $500,000 and 6 years of research for a Sex toy??
Canada: Layoffs at Nortel have led to the launch of a new sex toy company in Ottawa. Standard Innovation Corp.'s first product, the We-Vibe vibrator, has sold 55,000 units worldwide since it was released last spring.Bruce Murison, who worked as a Nortel engineer for more than a decade, said the We-Vibe was designed from an engineer's perspective. The 60-gram silicone device is U-shaped and is the product of six years and $500,000 worth of research and development."This is, to me, not a sex toy. It's an electromechanical device," he said. "We truly look at it from a scientific point of view; in terms of plotting the x-y charts of power versus performance, versus the third dimension of the human dynamic: What frequencies do women like?" The couple said they came up with the idea while on a long car trip in 2001. The topic of sex toys came up. "And it was just an innocent idea — why isn't there a sex toy that fits between two people when they're making love?" Bruce said. He jotted down the idea, did some searches and found that nothing similar had been patented. In 2003, he was laid off from Nortel and had some time to pursue his new research. "We had to go downtown to cruise the peeler joints and talk them into trying our device," he recalled, adding that they wanted it tested by people who had tried five or more devices for comparison.
For several years, Bruce and Melody Murison worked secretly on the toy without telling family and friends as they were concerned about the potentialstigma associated with the sex-toy industry. That all changed, when a localnewspaper ran a front-page story on what the former hi-tech employees hadbeen up to. The Murisons were relieved to receive nothing but congratulationsfrom neighbours and friends.
"I discovered some technology developed by NASA that has never been applied to the sex toy industry," he said. "So we've got a new technological platform we're going to be rolling out over the next two years."Meanwhile, vendors taking part in Ottawa's annual sex show, Sexapalooza, this past weekend said the toy, which retails for $129.95, is flying off shelves. "It's phenomenal," said Shelley Taylor, owner of the Venus Envy store in Centretown. "We've never, ever seen a toy sell like this."
Dasat aa mat saleh ni, siap buat sextoys yang hi-tech lagi. sapa nak beli aku jual murah2 :p

Skang ni tgh main2 lagi ngan camera ni byk sgt function. Gambar amik guna camera ni so far mmg aku puas hati especially bila amik gamba close up (mcm gamba bunga), during night or tempat tak cukup cahaya, and tempat yg sempit. So this is few pics that i taken using this Lumix DMC-LX3 camera. All in automatic mode.

Robot suit for farmers

Japanese researchers on unveiled a robot suit designed to help reduce the heavy burden of harvesting as the nation's farm industry faces an ageing, shrinking workforce. The 25-kilogramme (55-pound) device is designed to assist elderly farmers who need support for their leg muscles and joints when they keep a crouching position or lift their arms high.
In a demonstration, a person wearing the suit pulled radishes from the ground and picked oranges from high branches like a robot.
