i bought this camera few months ago, nov 2008, to replace my old camera Sony Cybershot DSC-P10- which i bought in 2001, fuhh lama tu kan. Initially aku ingat nak beli DSLR camera, tapi mcm besar sangat pulak, so aku cari small camera yang medium performance but better than compact camera. So thats why aku beli camera ni. So for begineer aku rasa camera ni ok untuk org yg baru nak belaja since camera ni ada manual control option utk shutter, aperture etc etc...

Bentuk dia mcm classic skit tapi punya screen cantik. Size dia mcm compact camera biasa cuma bulky skit sebab lens dia besar, tapi still muat utk masuk dalam poket or beg tangan pompuan. Mula2 nak beli sony yg touch screen tu..tapi bila aku compare gamba dia dengan sony dsc lama aku tu, gamba dia tak cantik pun, so baru la aku tau kalau lens kecik mmg tak cantik gamba. Skang ni tgh main2 lagi ngan camera ni byk sgt function. Gambar amik guna camera ni so far mmg aku puas hati especially bila amik gamba close up (mcm gamba bunga), during night or tempat tak cukup cahaya, and tempat yg sempit.

So this is few pics that i taken using this Lumix DMC-LX3 camera. All in automatic mode.

David Beckham has hinted he could stay at AC Milan beyond the end of his loan spell. The England midfielder is due to return to the Los Angeles Galaxy in March and all parties have always insisted he will be back in America for the new Major League Soccer season (football not soccer hehe).

And having won gives us confidence to continue." Beckham enjoyed arguably his best performance in a Milan shirt today and scored his first goal for the club on the hour mark as he helped them to a 4-1 victory at Bologna. The former Manchester United player was delighted to get off the mark at his new club.
"It's great to score my first goal - I will keep this jersey," he said. Brazilian teenager Pato began the move with a surging run down the center of the field, scattering Bologna players in his path, before passing the ball to Dutch midfielder Clarence Seedorf on his right.Seedorf, who had scored the tying goal in what would eventually turn out to be a 4-1 rout for AC Milan, might have taken a shot but instead slipped the ball to an unmarked Beckham on his right.
The Galaxy midfielder raced into the penalty area and unleashed a rising right-foot shot that tore past Bologna goalkeeper Francesco Antonioli and just inside the right post.It was one of Beckham's best goals in a long time and he reacted to it with a delighted grin before being mobbed by AC Milan teammates.

I think its better for beckham to stay at Milan, the standards of level in the MLS is quite low comparing to the european leagues. Perhaps beckham should try baseball when in US :p

Robot suit for farmers

Japanese researchers on unveiled a robot suit designed to help reduce the heavy burden of harvesting as the nation's farm industry faces an ageing, shrinking workforce. The 25-kilogramme (55-pound) device is designed to assist elderly farmers who need support for their leg muscles and joints when they keep a crouching position or lift their arms high.
In a demonstration, a person wearing the suit pulled radishes from the ground and picked oranges from high branches like a robot.

I Think the elderly farmers are not necessarily too happy to have a reason to go on working. Can they afford to pay the proposed cost of $5,000-$10,000 for the suit? and its kind of heavy too..kan?

City Crab and Seafood agreed to a request from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals PETA to let the lobster return to the Atlantic Ocean. Caught off Newfoundland, Canada, George lived in the tank for about 10 days. He was to be released Saturday near Kennebunkport, Maine, in an area where lobster trapping is forbidden.
